2013
2013 was my first year to photograph Alaska. It is an extensive gallery because I was very inspired to photograph a lot. I saw a lot of wildlife and was inspired by the fall colors. I spent many days photographing the glaciers and aurora. One night a light appeared over the mountains that didn't seem like anything I had seen before. It hovered fairly still for two minutes before it slowly flew away. This was before the drone era and it was much bigger. It also made no sound. Look for that image here in this gallery!
